Delete your account

You can delete your Clutch Blocks account and all of its data at any time.

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Clutch Blocks.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account (or Delete my data if you never signed in) and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately.

Without the game

Email support@clutchblocks.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your player name (shown on your Profile) and, if you signed in, the Google or Apple email you used. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your player account, player name, game progress, scores, rival and team history, and the sign-in link to your Google or Apple account.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you is kept on our server. Anonymous crash and usage statistics already sent to Google Firebase are not linked to your account and expire under Google's retention settings. A Remove Ads purchase stays with your Google Play or App Store account so you can restore it later.
